  This is the foundational course in CPR, AED use and choking-relief techniques that will equip you with life-saving skills to be prepared for a cardiac arrest emergency.   

  • Heartsaver is for the general public, volunteers, non-health care professionals and some health care professionals.

  • Offered as full, renewal and blended options
